- Ongoing guidance through the Lovi AI Assistant and a user-friendly tracker for monitoring progress and developing healthy habits.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of User Acquisition. The role demands expertise in operating with high budgets, app growth strategies, particularly through channels like Facebook, Google, ASO/ASA and through web2web funnels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for health and well-being, and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
User Acquisition strategy and execution
- Strategically manage and scale user acquisition initiatives, within our W2W and App in the B2C USA market.
- Developing and managing the UA budget and modelling media marketing mix
- Research and implement innovative acquisition channels
Comprehensive UA Reporting
- Managing media plan reporting, including plan vs. actual analyses.
- Implementing transparent UA reporting at the company level
- Data-driven approach to ad creative tests
MarTech/ AdTech
- Implementing MarTech solutions, tooling and automatization to increase UA campaigns efficiency (attribution logic, conversions API, optimization events, onelinks, automatization tools)
UA team management
- Directly management a team of UA Managers and hiring new members
- Coordinating external contractors and agencies
Collaboration with Growth team
- Align UA efforts in improving shared Growth team KPIs
- Sync UA efforts with growth strategy and experiments
- Effective communication with other teams (Growth, Product, SMM, Creative, Finance)
Expectations:
- 4+ years proven experience in managing and scaling UA campaigns on Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, ASO/ASA etc, specifically for mobile apps in the health and fitness or related industries.
- Experience with budgets starting from 500k monthly
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving ROI and growth targets.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Tiktok Ads Manager advertising.
- Launched projects from scratch to $30-60K+ ad spend per day (on Tiktok or Meta).
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, or similar).
- Understanding of attribution modeling and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
- Familiarity with creative best practices for social media ads.
- English level - B2+.
Beneficial Skills:
- Experience with web funnels (quiz based: web2web/web2app) user acquisition.
- Experience with automation services for advertising management (Revealbot, etc)
- Knowledge of the health and fitness industry, particularly skin care.

Our current team:
The current team is pretty small: we have less than thirty team members. Most of our fellow colleagues are engineers — ML, backend, iOS, and web developers. The product team also includes several designers, analysts, product and content managers as well as UX researchers. We collaborate with many scientists to make sure our app is in line with the existing body of research.
