We are looking for a Сreative producer passionate about working in the fitness app industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of video and images, from conceptualization to final delivery. Your mission will be to translate marketing objectives into clear, actionable video content that drives user growth through paid channels. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to produce compelling content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for campaigns that align with user acquisition goals
• Overlooking delivery of motion design and image ads and into paid UA campaigns, including timeline management, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Lead the ideation and execution of innovative ad concepts that capture attention and provoke action
• Oversee the editing process to ensure all video content is polished, engaging, and perfectly aligned with our campaign goals
• To work closely and assist the creative lead
  

We expect that you have

• Proven experience in video and image production within a performance marketing or advertising context
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects across teams and deliver on tight deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content, from conceptualization to final production
• Proficiency in video and image editing software and technologies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work within tight deadlines
• Fluent English level
