Senior CRM Manager (Growth)

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager with a strong monetization mindset to join the Growth team, collaborating closely with the CRM team. While administratively part of Growth, you’ll also work cross-functionally to implement CRM-driven monetization strategies that support Growth experiments and initiatives. This role combines technical proficiency, operational execution, and strategic thinking to drive revenue through seamless integration of CRM mechanics into Growth workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the CRM team to design and execute CRM strategies that align with goals, such as experiment support and implementation of new mechanics;
- Lead Growth projects focused on monetization, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance acquisition and conversion funnels;
- Work closely with the Growth team’s developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of CRM tools and features into broader Growth initiatives;
- Build and manage CRM-driven workflows and campaigns that scale to support Growth experiments;
- Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to improve both CRM and Growth outcomes;
- Serve as the key CRM representative for the Growth team, acting as a bridge between teams and ensuring alignment of objectives;
- Oversee technical implementation of campaigns, ensuring deliverability and troubleshooting any issues in collaboration with engineering;
- Create, optimize, and scale customer segmentation and communication strategies, tailored to Growth experiments;
- Develop robust reporting systems to track the performance of Growth-focused CRM activities and recommend continuous improvements;
- Maintain a hands-on approach to operational tasks, balancing execution with strategic input.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of CRM experience, particularly in high-growth mobile B2C environments with a focus on monetization and growth experiments;
- A strong monetization mindset, with the ability to evaluate initiatives based on revenue potential;
- Proven track record in customer lifecycle management and implementing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth;
- Technical expertise in CRM systems (Braze experience is a plus) and the ability to ensure flawless campaign execution and troubleshooting;
- Proficiency in analytical tools, with a results-driven approach to experiment tracking and performance analysis;
- Comfortable working in cross-functional environments, particularly in collaboration with Growth teams and developers;
- Hands-on operational expertise in managing high-volume communications and setting up CRM workflows;
- A proactive problem-solver with a self-starter attitude, eager to bring innovative ideas to the table;
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality work on time.
