We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to join our finance team and report directly to the VP of Finance. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial planning, investor relations, and strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the fundraising process, including preparation of decision materials, follow-ups with investors and debt providers, and managing the data room.
• Support the board meeting preparations and business reviews
• Handle various ad-hoc financial and strategic requests as they arise.
• Work alongside the finance team on the implementation of EPM systems to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities.

Who we're looking for: 

• You have a strong analytical mindset and love to translate numbers into actionable insights and compelling stories.
• You are an excel and google sheets Nidja and love to build financial models and deep dive into detailed analysis
• You excel at structuring data into clear and impactful presentations.
• You have a solid understanding of financial processes, unit economics and cohort analysis
• Experience with B2C SaaS business as well as general understanding of trends in health tech industry is a plus
