Simple is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Growth and Monetization) to join our amazing Growth Design Team. Your expertise will contribute to our ambitious goal of positively impacting the nutrition and quality of life for over a 1,000,000,000 people worldwide.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on improving the onboarding process through a value proposition and personalized weight loss and nutrition coaching from a UI/UX perspective, turning users into loyal, paying customers through intuitive and effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

What we’re looking for:
- A perfect candidate would have 5+ years of experience in world-class consumer products and a proven track record in enhancing monetization;
- Proficient in using UX research, and data analytics to guide design decisions;
- Strong skills in modern mobile app product design, with a focus on monetization-friendly UX/UI;
- Proven experience in web-based CRO, with a knack for increasing user engagement and boosting paid conversions;
- Turning free users to paying customers through working with value positioning and optimizing growth funnels.
