Simple is looking for a Senior Product Designer. Your expertise will contribute to our ambitious goal of positively impacting the nutrition and quality of life for over a 1,000,000,000 people worldwide.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on enhancing the customer journey through a unique behavior change methodology. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape a product that combines cutting-edge scientific approaches, AI-generated coaching, and gamification. We are building a truly innovative solution that has already proven effective for millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- As market leaders in the AI-first approach to weight loss, we set a high standard of excellence. We are looking for a specialist who can continue to push boundaries by identifying efficient, unconventional solutions that keep us at the forefront of the industry;
- Deep integration of AI technologies is a must-have — not a nice-to-have. You should be comfortable designing with AI as a core component of the user experience;
- Strong understanding of gamification mechanics, user psychology, and how to effectively integrate them into product experiences is essential;
- The ideal candidate goes beyond the surface. We value professionals who think critically, analyze deeply, and have a sharp understanding of user behavior and evolving market trends;
- It’s not enough to follow trends — you must understand them and be confident in proposing innovative UI/UX solutions that make our weight loss product even more effective and engaging;
- A deep knowledge of user habits and psychology is crucial. Our goal is to design experiences that truly resonate with users, grounded in actionable insights into what drives behavior, motivation, and long-term loyalty.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong candidate has 5+ years of experience working on world-class B2C product;
- Experience with Health & Fitness apps is a nice plus;
- Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions;
- Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification;
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement;
- Ability to generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions with confidence.
