What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for backend services (Python, Pytest) and frontend (Js, Cypress);
• Collaborate closely with developers to define sufficient test coverage for new and existing features;
• Improve and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions), ensuring seamless test execution and reporting;
• Take ownership of testing activities: proactively clarify requirements, identify test scope, and raise quality concerns early;
• Contribute to the evolution of the overall test strategy and test architecture across services and user-facing applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in QA automation with backend (Python + Pytest) and frontend (Cypress);
• Solid experience in building and maintaining test frameworks and test infrastructure;
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab/GitHub), including writing and managing test pipelines;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in communicating with engineering and product teams;
• Strong analytical and debugging skills, with attention to detail and a quality-first mindset;
• Flexibility to work on different areas of the stack as needed and adapt to evolving priorities.

Good-to-have:

• Experience with load or performance testing tools (e.g., Locust, k6, Artillery);
• Experience testing microservices, async workflows, or contract-based integrations;
• Familiarity with Allure, Playwright, or other modern test tooling.
