We are seeking to find an AI Production Lead for out Creative Production Team, a strategic product and technology leader who will shape and build Simple’s AI-powered creative infrastructure.
This role sits at the intersection of Creative Production, User Acquisition, and Technology. You will define how AI integrates into our workflows, which tools we adopt, and how we measure their real business impact.
Your mission is to define what effective AI content means for Simple, establish clear performance benchmarks, and evolve our AI-driven creative systems with a focus on measurable impact, quality control, and long-term scalability.
Who you are:
You are a strategic product and technology leader who thinks in systems, not isolated tools or experiments.
You have strong Product Management experience and know how to translate emerging technologies into structured roadmaps, measurable initiatives, and scalable workflows.
You understand how to define and track meaningful performance metrics — especially in environments driven by paid acquisition and creative experimentation.
You can evaluate AI solutions critically: balancing cost, scalability, quality, speed, and real business impact.
You operate strategically, not tactically — you guide direction, prioritize adoption, and define how AI should evolve inside Creative Production over time.
You are comfortable working across Creative, UA, Data, and Development teams, aligning stakeholders around structured experimentation and measurable outcomes.
You combine long-term vision with pragmatic execution — building systems that are scalable, governable, and performance-driven.
Your role objectives are:
Define clear, measurable criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of AI-generated creative content, and establish baseline vs. future-state performance benchmarks.
Build a framework that allows Simple to assess AI investment impact within 12 months, including cost-efficiency, speed-to-market, quality improvement, and creative performance uplift.
Develop and own the AI roadmap for Creative Production, anticipating key technological shifts (e.g., improvements in video realism, audio generation breakthroughs, AI video-to-video agents) and structuring adoption accordingly.
Introduce and maintain a structured validation layer for new AI tools and workflows ,ensuring that every technology adopted is tested, cost-weighted, and performance-validated before scaling.
Establish quality control standards and governance frameworks for AI-generated content to ensure brand consistency, creative differentiation, and production reliability.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience working with AI-driven automation, production systems, or generative workflows in real-world environments.
Proven track record of implementing AI tools into operational pipelines and driving measurable improvements in efficiency or performance.
Strong Product Management mindset: ability to define requirements, structure roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
Practical understanding of modern generative AI ecosystems (video, image, audio, agent-based workflows, automation frameworks).
Experience operating in performance-driven marketing or creative production environments (e.g., Social, Google, paid acquisition contexts).
Analytical and data-driven approach to experimentation, comfortable defining hypotheses, validation frameworks, and scaling criteria.
Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies not by trend, but by long-term value, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
