We are currently looking for experience data driven UA Manager (Google Ads). You will own the full Google Ads ecosystem from strategy and campaign execution to attribution, analytics, and performance optimisation - driving high-quality traffic to our web funnels and mobile apps across the US and Tier 1 markets.

• Scaling Google Ads channel from $100K/month up to $1M/month to become one of top-3 main UA channels

• Manage the whole scope of Google Ads instruments to drive traffic to Zing web funnels and IOS/Android apps in US and Tier1 countries

• Report on campaign performance and optimize campaigns to hit ROAS goals

• Coordinate with our Creative team on creative assets

• Work in close collaboration with the Growth and Product team to match users’ intent, keywords, creatives, and ad messages to increase CVR and lower CAC

• Own Google Ads setup: pixel, conversion signals, attribution, enhanced analytics, etc

• Conduct the market research

• Develop relationships with the Google team, participate in beta features and experiments

• Both sharp analytical thinking and genuine curiosity

• 3+ years in PPC (Google Ads, Bing, ASA)

• Experience scaling e-com or app campaigns at $300k+ monthly spend

• Real feel for unit economics and funnels (a2a; w2a; w2w)

• You think systems and campaign architectures, you care about the "why" behind the data

• AI-tools adept

• Bonus points for additional sources

• Fluent English

• Health & Fitness background (nice to have)
