We're looking for an experienced Programmatic Manager to join our fully remote team and help scale our paid media efforts.
Please note: this is a full-time freelance contract position.
What You'll Do:
Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels;
Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other native/content discovery platforms;
Lead creative testing initiatives — developing structured frameworks to test hooks, formats, and messaging at scale;
Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across the funnel;
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and iterate on ad content;
Identify new inventory sources and audience opportunities to expand reach.
What We're Looking For:
Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns — Taboola experience is a must;
Experience with platforms like NewsBreak, Outbrain, Revcontent, or similar native/content discovery sources is a strong plus;
Extensive experience with creative testing: A/B testing, multivariate testing, and creative performance analysis;
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization;
Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets;
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
